Aengus Moran is a fanatical scuba diver, Underwater Photographer and Irishman in Oz.
Aengus is scheduled to win the Lotto shortly and go on an indefinite diving holiday, but, in the meantime, he enjoys his work as a Computer Engineer at a large legal firm in Sydney.
On the 26th of January 2002, Aengus hired a Sea and Sea MX-10 camera for his first visit to the Grey Nurse Sharks at Magic Point, off Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. From that point, he was hooked on Underwater Photography.
Aengus’ photographs have been published and used by a number of Australian Newspapers, Australasian Scuba Diver magasine, Underwater Photography magasine, RIC Publications, Australian Museum, NSW Dept of Primary Industries, NSW Maritime Heritage, Australian Marine Conservation Society, Marine and Coastal Community Network, NSW National Parks Association / Harbourkeepers, Frogdive and many other dive industry providers and websites.
Aengus has also setup and designed the Our World – Underwater Scholarship Society blogs for Australasia, Europe and North America and he is a member of St George Scuba Club, one of the largest and most active independent dive clubs in Sydney.
